So that your route or your journey is made in the best conditions, we invite you to acquaint with following information relative to the rent of a Vehicle (below the “Vehicle (s)”) and in the insurances and the optional complements to protection among which you, “Tenant”, can benefit.
By confiding you a Vehicle, Run A Van makes a commitment to you and you make a commitment in return under the contractual general and specific conditions, as well as under the Tariff Conditions explained below (below the ” Conditions of rent ” or “CGL”), with which you recognize to have acquainted before the signature of the Rental agreement.

In case of non compliance with the General Conditions of rent, the insurances are not applicable. In this case, you are a person in charge of the entire damage which are attributable you (in particular those undergo by the Vehicle within the limits of the market value of the Vehicle increased by expenses and costs bound to its immobilization).

Conditions to be filled to rent a Vehicle

Allowing exceptions indicated below, every driver must be old of at least 23 years and be a holder of a driving licence, of current validity and corresponding in the category of desired Vehicle, for at least 3 years.
A driving licence delivered by a Member state of the European Economic Area (Member states of the European Union, and Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) is valid in France.
The holders of a licence delivered by a State outside the European Economic Area have to present a licence with photography, and drafted in French or accompanied with an official translation.
An international driving licence must be accompanied with a national licence.
The detention of a “white” licence or in restricted validity, or a declaration of theft of the driving licence do not authorize you to rent a Vehicle.
The Tenant gives evidence on the honor of the validity of his driving licence, in particular not to be the object of a measure of suspension, of limitation or cancellation of the driving licence.

Prepaid reservation Run A Van

Run A Van agrees to reserve to the Tenant a Vehicle in advance subject to the payment of a deposit of 20 % of the total amount of the wanted rent.
This deposit will be taken from reception. It will then be deducted from the total amount which you will have to pay the day of departure of the vehicle.
In case of cancellation, Run A Van must be informed minimum 21 days before the effective date of the beginning of rent. Should the opposite occur, the taken deposits can be restored under no shape.
Whatever are the already realized payments, Run A Van saves himself the faculty to make any necessary checks and to agree or not to the rent in case of justifiable motive. In case of deliberate motive, Run A Van saves himself the possibility of restoring or not the paid deposits.

Terms of payment

The payment of the deposit of reservation can be made by bank card, credit card, bank transfer, cash or bank check. In the pick up of the vehicle, the Tenant has to make with Run A Van the payment of all of the amount of the period of rent, décution made by the taken deposits. Failing that, the rent of the Vehicle can be refused.
You also have to make a banking pre-authorization by bank card or leave a bank check with the order of Run A Van costing in the deposit to the amount of 2500€ TTC (two thousand five hundred euros inclusive of all taxes). The check or the card(map) presented has to be in the name of the main driver.
Means of payment accepted to adjust your rent are bank card, credit card (Credit card, Visa, Euro-Mastercard, Aimed at Electron, Aimed +, MasterCard Maestro), bank checks, sorts(species) and Holiday vouchers (limited to 400€ by contract of rent).
The bank card either of credit or debit used to adjust the rent has to be the one of the main driver or possibly that of the secondary driver, and to correspond à la carte banking or of credit or debit presented from the rent.
NB: Run A Van does not accept American Express or Dinners, credit card Corporate-Affaires, or debit card, Indigo, Kyriel, Cyrus, and withdrawal cards.
All the payments made with Run A Van have to be in euros.

From the rent

All the departures of vehicles are made by appointment because Run A Van does not make public office on its agency.
The departures of vehicles can be made between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm from Monday to Friday and between 9:00 am and 12:00 am on Saturdays. Any other appointment asked except these schedules will have to be expressly and beforehand accepted by Run A Van. The Tenant has to warn Run A Van as soon as possible, is by e-mail or by telephone, for any timetable change of departure. For not notified delay, you will have to agree on a new appointment according to the availability of Run A Van.
In case of non-presentation of the Tenant the day of the departure, however some motives it is, and without advance notice with Run A Van, Run A Van can require with the Tenant the payment of all of the rent.
Before signing your Rental agreement, take time to read the Rental agreement.
In the grip of the vehicle, the staff of Run A Van presents you specifically the Vehicle which you rented, as well as its functioning. This presentation includes the inventory of the dissociable equipments of the Vehicle or not, and optional or not. You will have to yourself make, in front of the staff Run A Van, certain technical manipulations bound to the good use of the vehicle.
A synthetic oral presentation of the present informations will be also exposed to the Tenant.

Holder of the Rental agreement and authorized drivers

The name of the Tenant indicated on the Rental Agreement is that of the Principal Driver, who must be present at the signing of the Rental Agreement and to whom the rental charges are invoiced. In some cases (gift certificate, special requests) accepted by Run A Van, the price of the rental (excluding security deposit, excluding additional costs) may be invoiced on behalf of the second driver or on behalf of a third party.
Except for legitimate and unpredictable reason, only the driver(s) listed on the Rental Contract is/are authorized to drive the Vehicle.
You can add additional drivers, for a surcharge per additional driver.
In case of damage caused to the Vehicle by a driver not indicated on the Rental Contract, the insurance is not applicable, and you must compensate Run A Van for all damages attributable to you (in particular those incurred by the Vehicle within the market value of the Vehicle plus the costs and costs related to its immobilization).

Parts to be produced in the pick up of the Vehicle

The driver must present to the agency Run A Van of departure a piece of identification (identity card or passport), the original of his driver’s licence, a credit or credit card or debit card as security, and in the case of prepaid reservation Run A Van, a means of payment accepted by Run A Van (see above).
Any additional driver must present to the agency Run A Van of departure a piece of identification (identity card or passport) and the original of his driver’s licence.

Deposit

A deposit will have to be put down with Run A Van the day of the coverage of the vehicle. In case of refusal of pre-authorization of bank card or absence of deposit, Run A Van reserves the right to refuse to the Tenant the rent of the Vehicle.
The deposit is intended to cover following expenses:
– The franchise comprehensive insurances to the amount of 1236€ TTC (one thousand two hundred thirty six euros TTC);
– The damage undergone by the vehicle or by the third on the conditions stipulated below;
– Expenses and costs bound to the fixed asset and to the restoration of the vehicle on the conditions stipulated below;
– The fixed compensation (35 €) for the administrative processing cost supported by Run A Van
– The financial responsibility the Tenant of which can be indebted in case of non compliance with the CGL, and thus not covered by the insurance contract. That is the entire cool and costs within the limits of the market value of the Vehicle increased by expenses and costs bound to his fixed asset. In case the sums at your expense would be superior to the deposit, the Tenant remains indebted of all of these up to their payment total.

State of the Vehicle

The Rental agreement indicates the number of kilometers traveled by the Vehicle and the level of fuel supplied from the rent.
The Tenant has to notice, with a member of staff of Run A Van, the visible state of the Vehicle, outside and inside. This inventory of fixtures of departure is made by video with oral mention of the observed defects. The Tenant has to bring all the additional obervations necessary for the establishment of a current situation which will then be considered exhaustive.
Till most later 24 hours after the departure, if the Tenant notices an anomaly not indicated during the departure of the Vehicle, he has to establish a proof of the anomaly noticed (ex: dated photography) and to contact as soon as possible the staff Run A Van. If not, Run A Van cannot take into account complaints concerning existing supposed damages from the vehicle, other than those mentioned in the current situation of departure, and the Tenant will be presumed responsible for these damages.
The Tenant has to compare the number of kilometers and the level of fuel registered on the dashboard with the mentions appearing on the Rental agreement. The Tenant will have to make rectify the Rental agreement by the staff Run A Van in case of anomaly.
The Tenant verifies that the copy of the car registration document of the Vehicle, the green card of insurance and the accident report of accident are in the Vehicle.
Run A Van puts at the disposal of the Tenant, in every Vehicle, a security kit (triangle+gilet (s) +extincteur) as well as a kit of first help. The Tenant verifies that the vest (s) of high visibility is placed in the cockpit(passenger compartment), that a triangle of pre-road marking is placed in the safe(chest) or under the back seat and that the not used fire extinguisher is very present in the Vehicle. If not, the Tenant has to ask to the staff Run A Van to supply him the missing elements.
In case of use of one or several elements of the kit of first help, the Tenant has to inform Run A Van about it on the return to the vehicle unless one or several elements (s) were replaced as before.

During the rent

The Tenant has the legal guarding of the Vehicle as from his delivery; he is responsible for it from then on until the return of keys to a member of staff of Run A Van.
Run A Van relieves of any responsibility in case of defect of presentation of the photocopied compulsory documents which are put back from the rent.
The tenant makes a commitment to take care of the Vehicle and to make a reasonable, normal and careful use.
Are considered in particular as abnormal uses of the Vehicle (not exhaustive list):

– The use of the Vehicle not in compliance with its destination (error of fuel, error of tank of filling (water = > running) even if it is the fact of the third(third party) which should have been warned of the specificities of the vehicle, the break-in(breakage) of the clutch further to misuse, bad appreciation of the template(size) of the Vehicle, the traffic(circulation) in spite of the alerts appearing on the dashboard of the Vehicle, the modification brought to the Vehicle, the travel(movement) of the vehicle with the raised roof, etc.),
– The traffic(circulation) except the passable ways,
– The crossing to radiate submerged,
– The use of the Vehicle to supply, for a fee, a service(department) of transport of people (ex: taxi) or with goods (ex: paying movings or deliveries),
– The transport of inflammable, explosive, corrosive materials or comburantes,
– The use of the Vehicle for the learning(apprenticeship) of the conduct(driving),
– The use of the Vehicle within the framework of tests, races or automobile sporting events (or their essays) or of recognitions of routes of rally,
– The conduct(driving) of the Vehicle under the influence of spirit or narcotics, or drugs or narcotics not prescribed medically,
– The subletting of the Vehicle in a third(third party),
– The voluntary degradation of the vehicle.

In the event of failures, accidents or damage following one or more abnormal uses of the Vehicle, insurance is not applicable. In this case, you are responsible for all damages that are attributable to you (including those suffered by the Vehicle within the market value of the Vehicle plus the costs and costs related to its immobilization).

Run A Van informs the Lessee that, for reasons of hygiene, it is strictly forbidden to transport animals (all species combined) in all Run A Van vehicles. Any offender is subject to payment of a specific cleaning package of 50€ TTC (which can be increased depending on the case).

Run A Van also informs the Lessee that all its Vehicles are non-smokers and that any offender is exposed to the application of a lump sum allowance of 50€ TTC for specific cleaning.

Safety(Security)

The Tenant makes a commitment to respect the conditions of security fixed by the regulations, in particular the specific maximal capacity in every Vehicle as for the number of occupants and/or for the weight of luggage or goods transported.
During the rent and according to the number of traveled kilometers, the Tenant makes a commitment to control use of the Vehicle (water level, level of motor oil beyond 1000 km, pressure of tires, etc.), according to a reasonable use. As such, the Tenant has to respect any signal emitted by the lights of alert appearing on the dashboard of the Vehicle and to take the necessary conservation measures if necessary (emergency shutdown in particular).
In period of car park, the Tenant makes a commitment to lock the Vehicle, to lock the anti-theft device if he exists, and to place your personal effects in the arrangements or the safe(chest), as well as to pull all the curtains which allow to decrease the visibility from the outside inward in the Vehicle.
Vehicles are equipped with vest (s) of high visibility (placed in the cockpit(passenger compartment)) and of a triangle of pre-road marking (placed in the safe(chest) or under the seat(sofa)). This kit of safety(security) (triangle + vest (s)) is provided you with during the rent. In case of not return(restoration) of this kit (triangle + vest (s)) on the return to the Vehicle, Run A Van charges you a fixed penalty (50€ TTC, including the compensation bound to the administrative treatment of the 35-€ damage).
The not return of the fire extinguisher will be charged 40€ TTC and that of the kit of first help will be charged 20€ TTC.
Fines
By virtue of the Traffic rules as tenant of the Vehicle, you are financially responsible for the non compliance with the Traffic rules, and have to settle you even, for the required deadlines, the compulsory fines as such within the framework of the rent.
If not, Run A Van communicates your address and phone number to the Police court, which sends you the opinion of increased fine. Every management of fine will be charged to you 10€ by Run A Van.
Breakdowns, accidents and Theft
In case of anomaly of functioning, breakdown of the Vehicle or the requiring accident or not the immediate or urgent repairs: THE TENANT SHOULD NOT MAKE NO REPAIR (including as regards tyres) without having got in touch beforehand with Run A Van in: (00262) 6 92 94 21 21 or (00262) 6 92 42 94 45.
In the event of an accident or of damage undergone by the Vehicle with or without identified third, the Tenant has to inform Run A Van within 24 hours as from the moment when he is aware of it, and to put back to the agency Run A Van, in 5 working days as from the moment when he is aware of it, an accident report duly completed and signed by the Tenant and the concerned third, if there is.
In case of flight of the third, the Tenant has to raise the license plate of the concerned vehicle and watch to collect the address and phone number of possible witnesses.
In case of dispute with thirds, the Tenant has to appeal to the Police or the Gendarmerie so that they can notice the facts and help him fill the report.

The discount of an accident report completed and signed in the event of an accident or of damage with or without identified third, and that the Tenant is responsible or not, is compulsory. If not, and except force majeure making impossible the discount of a report for this deadline, the insurances are not applicable, and Run A Van will charge to the Tenant The entire damage which are attributable him (in particular those undergo by the Vehicle within the limits of the market value of the Vehicle increased by expenses and costs bound to his fixed asset and to its restoration).

Accident or of damage undergone by the Vehicle without identified third party

In the event of an accident or of damage undergone by the rented Vehicle without there is of identified third, the Tenant has to inform Run A Van within 24 hours as from the moment when he is aware of it. If the insurances are applicable, Run A Van will charge him the amount of the franchise 1236€ insurances TTC for the damage taken care by the insurances, increased by expenses and costs bound to its fixed asset and to its restoration (solar movie, adhesive advertising, paint, personal time Run A Van, accessories, etc. …), as well as by a fixed compensation (35 € TTC) for the administrative processing cost supported by Run A Van, within the limits of the amount of deposit stipulated on the contract.
On no account the Tenant should not abandon the vehicle rented after an accident or a breakdown. The Tenant has to keep him under his responsibility until that the assistance of Run A Van can intervene.
In case of flight of the Vehicle: the Tenant owes, within 24 hours as from the moment when he is aware of it, to make a declaration of flight with competent authorities and to put back to the agency Run A Van the report of filing of complaints, keys and any antitheft system of the Vehicle.
In case of flight of keys with the Vehicle, the Tenant has to watch to indicate him to competent authorities to indicate it on the put down complaint.
If not, and except force majeure making impossible the discount of the report of filing of complaints and the keys of the Vehicle for this deadline, the insurances are not applicable, and Run A Van will charge to the Tenant the entire damage which are attributable him (in particular those undergo by the Vehicle within the limits of the market value of the Vehicle increased by expenses and costs bound to his fixed asset and to its restoration).

Expenses and costs bound to the immobilization and to the restoration of the vehicle

The noticed damage is estimated according to the establishment of an estimate with a professional and\or by Run A Van.
For the damage being of those being able to be taken care by the comprehensive insurance, if this damage seems important, Run A Van can request the intervention of an automobile expert for the establishment of a survey report which will detail the nature and the cost of the repairs. The expenses of expertise will be completely chargeable to the Tenant.
Expenses and costs bound to the fixed asset and to the restoration of the Vehicle can included:
– The costs established by professionals of the mechanics and\or the body,
– The cost of the repurchase and the delivery of rooms, equipment, dissociable accessories or not, outside as inside the Vehicle, the solar movie, the adhesive advertising,
– The invoicing of the past by Run A Van for the repair and\or the restoration of rooms, equipment, dissociable accessories or not, outside as inside the Vehicle, in the 50-€ TTC/hour price list/person,
– the invoicing of travel costs necessary to carry out the estimates, works, repairs and/or refurbishment of the vehicle and/or of such equipment and accessories dissociable or not (0,25 € TTC/ km),
– the cost of immobilizing the Vehicle, beyond the rental period of this Agreement, at a rate of € 50/day when the vehicle is immobilized, until it is refurbished sufficiently for the Vehicle to be re-leased.
The fees and costs covered by the insurance and included in the all risks insurance deductible of 1236€ TTC will be clearly established by the insurer. All other additional charges will either be covered and limited by the amount of the security deposit, equal to their actual costs, or invoiced in addition if their amounts exceed the security deposit and the Lessee has not complied with these LMAs.

Vehicle of replacement

When the Vehicle is booked, Run A Van informs the Tenant that in case of event independent from its will arising on the reserved Vehicle and making him completely unusable (accident, flight, unavailability new rooms …), Run A Van would be in the obligation to propose to the Tenant another vehicle. According to the availability of Run A Van, the vehicle can be of a superior or lower, identical category. In the case only where the category of the vehicle is lower, Run A Van will apply the pricing for the actually rented vehicle, without other compensation.
If several events of this type arise simultaneously on several of our vehicles, the fleet of Run A Van not being stretchable, we would be in the obligation to cancel the reservation and Locataure would then be paid off of the entire the paid deposit, without complementary compensation. Run A Van can however accompany the Tenant in the search for alternative solutions with the local persons receiving benefits.
In case of breakdowns, in case of accident or in case of damages arisen further to one or several abnormal uses of the Vehicle, or engaging directly the responsibility of the Tenant, Run A Van saves himself the possibility of proposing or not another vehicle to the Tenant.
In this case and if the Tenant chooses to rent a vehicle of replacement, Run A Van will make him fill and sign a new rental agreement appropriate to the rent of the vehicle of replacement. This new contract will be the object of a new invoicing in the current price list and a payment of a new deposit.
The price list of rent
The basic rate is composed of a flat rate proportionate to the rental period, without a kilometric limit (except for leased vans of a duration equal to 3 days) calculated according to the rates in force. It includes:
– third party liability insurance,
– all risks insurance with deductible of 1236€ TTC,
– Technical assistance to the Vehicle 24h/24 (troubleshooting or towing the Vehicle in case of immobilization following a failure (occurred during normal use), an accident (not responsible) or a fire (not responsible).
In the event of the vehicle being immobilized due to facts independent of the driver’s responsibility, Run A Van may, subject to the availability of a vehicle, propose a replacement vehicle. In the event that a replacement vehicle is available, Run A Van will have the Lessee complete and sign an addendum to its rental contract with the designation of the replacement vehicle.
– linen and pillow cases (5€/sheet and 2€/case).
He can be increased:
– Of a payment in conformance with the used fuel, according to the paragraph “Carburant” Below;
– Supplements and optional services indicated below.
The Tenant will have to inquire with Run A Van.
All which is not expressly included in the price list of rent been the object of a different invoicing, in particular:
– The repair of damage caused in the Vehicle,
– Expenses and costs bound to the fixed asset and to the restoration of the Vehicle,
– Loss or flight of the Vehicle and\or the keys.
– The overtakings of kilometers (0,35 cts/km additional).
The price list of rent is inclusively calculated, every begun day being a day dûe. The Vehicle is provided the customer by appointment between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm the first day of the rent and the Vehicle must be restored by appointment between 9:00 am at 5:00 pm the last day by the rent. Run A Van tolerates, after information with his staff and agreement, a delay of 29 minutes beyond the maximum schedule of return. After this deadline, Run A Van charges to the Tenant an additional day of rent, as well as expenses corresponding to the chosen options, except in case the Tenant has not anymore the Vehicle for a reason independent from his fact.
In case of delay in payment, Run A Van charges to the Tenant a fixed compensation (40€ TTC) for collection charges, besides the late charges of 3 x the legal interest rate.
Supplements
Run A Van charges you certain additional costs besides the price list of rent, indicated below: supplement for the departures and return of vehicle every Sundays and holidays Run A Van applies a fixed 15€ supplement for any departures of vehicle made one Sunday or a holiday.
Loss of keys and\or keys forgotten in closed vehicle Run A Van applies a supplement encas of loss of keys or oversight in the closed vehicle. The repair will be charged to you 0,25 cts/km made to join you, in whom is added an invoicing to the past on the basis of 50 € TTC/hour. In case of loss of the keys of the Vehicle, the manufacturing of a double will be also charged to you.
Internal and outside cleaning of the Vehicle If the outside cleaning of the Vehicle is not made on the way back or if a thorough internal cleaning of the Vehicle is necessary on the return to the Vehicle, Run A Van charges you one or several amount (s) fixed indicated (s) on the contract or, if need, considered on estimate made with a professional.
Optional services
Run A Van suggests to the Tenant benefiting from certain services(departments), for their payment, in particular those indicated on the web site www.runavan.re.
The equipments of the Vehicles of tourism
Run A Van also suggests putting at the disposal of the tenant of the optional equipments, according to availability and for the payment of a lump sum by rent. The list of these equipments is available for consultation on the web site www.runavan.re.
It is advised(recommended) to the Tenant to indicate to Run A Van, during the reservation of the Vehicle, the equipments which he wishes to have at his/her disposal within the framework of his rent. Modifications of equipment can however be made the day of the departure according to the availability.
Additional driver (s)
Except justifiable and unpredictable reason, only the indicated driver (s) (s) on the Rental agreement is / been authorized to lead(drive) the Vehicle.
The Tenant can add additional drivers, for the payment of a supplement (8 TTC) a day (with a maximum of 7 charged days) and by additional driver.
The additional driver (s) must be indicated (s) on the Rental agreement from the Vehicle.
Return of the Vehicle
Outes the returns of vehicles will have to be made in the presence of a member of staff of Run A Van and only by appointment between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
In certain cases private individuals, in particular bound to schedules of flights, and only after acceptance of Run A Van, the rented Vehicle can be restituté outside opening hours.
Always after agreement express of Run A Van, the return blind, that is without presence of a member of staff of Run A Van, can take place only on the home site of Run A Van, in 63 street General Lambert to St Leu, within the company. When it is possible, the Tenant will have to make, with Run A Van, a pre-return the previous day dates her return indicated on the contract.
In case of return blind somewhere else that the premises of Run A Van, the Vehicle will be considered abandoned and any damage, fire, flight which can arise on the Vehicle between its abandonment and its recovery by Run A Van will be entirely chargeable to the Tenant.
Extension of rent or early Return
Any extension of rent wished by the Tenant has to be the object of a specific request by telephone or by email, and benefit from a confirmation written by SMS or by email on behalf of Run A Van. A day additional applied price list corresponds to the daily price list on the basis of the all-inclusive price of 4 days of rent for the category of the concerned vehicle.
Any early return of the rented vehicle does not give the right to a refund by Run A Van of not used days and initially included to the contract. Run A Van saves himself the appreciation of the damage and the choice of the commercial gesture.
Schedules
The Tenant has to restore the Vehicle, his keys and his papers, to the staff Run A Van in date and time suited in the Rental agreement, and in every case during the opening hours of the agency Run A Van 9h00-17h00 from Monday to Friday and 9h00-12h00 on Saturdays).
The Tenant has to inform Run A Van, as soon as possible, about any event preventing him(it) from restoring the Vehicle in date and time suited, at the risk of establishing(constituting) a liable to legal prosecution misappropriation(diversion).
If the Tenant wishes to extend the duration of the rent, he has to inform as fast as possible Run A Van about it. The Rental agreement must be accordingly modified before the end of the initial rent.
In every case, the Tenant is indebted of the rent and the possible freshly bound(connected) in damage undergone by the Vehicle until the return(restoration) of the Vehicle to Run A Van.
The vehicle is considered as restored when the Tenant puts down(deposits) the keys of the Vehicle to a member of staff of Run A Van. As long as he(it) did not put back(hand) the keys of the Vehicle personally, the Tenant in can of food the responsibility and is indebted of the rent and the damage which are attributable him(her) (in particular those undergo by the Vehicle) until effective discount(delivery) of keys.
Run A Van can be held responsible on no account for the properties(goods) which the Tenant would forget in the Vehicle at the end of the Rental agreement.
Fuel
Run A Van makes available to the Lessee a Vehicle with full fuel. The vehicle must therefore be returned with fuel.
In the event that the vehicle is returned without having filled up, Run A Van charges the Tenant a lump sum of 100 €.
Control of the state of the Vehicle
Run A Van proposes to the Lessee to contradictory the apparent state of the Vehicle with a member of its staff upon return from the rental, and to compare it to that indicated in the Contract of Rental.
If the apparent condition of the Vehicle on return differs from the original condition, Run A Van will invoice the Lessee for damages, plus costs and costs related to its capital asset and remediation, within the maximum applicable financial liability.
If the Tenant chooses not to carry out this contradictory check with Run A Van on the return of the Vehicle, he entrusts Run A Van to carry it out alone and accepts the findings thus realized, and the corresponding damages, plus the costs and costs related to its immobilization and refurbishment if necessary.
In all cases, in case of damage(s) caused to the Vehicle, Run A Van invoiced the Tenant a lump sum allowance (35€ inclusive) for the administrative processing cost borne by Run A Van, irrespective of the type of additional protection («redemption of deductible») subscribed.[:]
