FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Yes, RUN A VAN imposes no limit on the number of kilometers driven during a rental. And the good news is that unlimited mileage is free and included in all rentals. Except for 3-day 2-night rentals, which offer a 270km package.

Cancellation more than 21 days before rental date: full refund of deposit less bank charges.

Cancellation less than 21 days before rental date: deposit retained by Run A Van.

In exceptional cases, Run A Van may offer a credit note for the amount of the deposit (see conditions directly at the agency).

Any change to the booking (dates, van) is charged at €20.

RUN A VAN offers you professional all-accident damage insurance with a 725€ deductible and a 2500€ deposit (deposited by cheque or credit card). It works just like your personal insurance!

End-of-rental cleaning is compulsory. You can subscribe to the cleaning package (80€ inside, 15€ outside) on request by e-mail or at the time of booking.

We accept various methods of payment: bank transfer, credit card, cheques, vacation vouchers (300€ max) and cash.

All these payment methods are free of charge.
